This Mona crochet pattern is inspired by Nanalan! This pattern was inspired by the show but is not affiliated with the company – I do not own this character.

Nanalan has recently taken social media by storm and has been described as a way to ‘heal your inner child’. It is a children’s tv show created by Jamie Shannon and Jason Hopley, designed to promote mindfulness.

This crochet pattern was inspired by the bright and bubbly character Mona! Would you like to see other characters from this show?

Keep an eye out for some upcoming outfit patterns to go with this Mona inspired plush doll, such as her monster costume.

This is a cute and fun project that is beginner-friendly. I’ve also included a bonus video tutorial for a mini Fleefer!

To create your finished plush doll – you will need green, white and pink/purple yarn, and some small buttons for the dress. There is an option to use black felt to create the facial features, but you can also embroider these instead. For Fleefer, you will need yellow and orange yarn, as well as some black for the eyes (you can also use buttons instead!)

I always love to see your finished makes! Don’t forget to show me your wonderful girls by tagging @yorkshireknitter on Instagram or @yorkshire_knitter on TikTok!

I’m always happy to help if you have any questions while working on your Mona crochet pattern. Feel free to drop me an email!
